Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to guests individual needs.
- Assess guests conditions and discuss treatment options to enhance their well-being.
- Maintain a clean safe and relaxing treatment environment.
- Stay current with massage therapy practices and wellness trends.
- Collaborate with resort staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage appointment scheduling and client records efficiently.
Requirements
- Valid massage therapy license in the state of Arizona.
- Proven experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and modalities.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Hiring Incentive
Were excited to offer a $1000 hiring bonus to newly hired Massage Therapists as part of our commitment to building a strong supportive team.
Bonus Payout Schedule:
$250 paid after completing 30 days of employment
$250 paid after completing 90 days of employment
$500 paid after completing 6 months of employment
To qualify Massage Therapists must work a minimum of 18 hours per week and must be actively employed and in good standing at the time of each bonus payment.
The hiring bonus will be paid through payroll and is subject to applicable taxes.
