Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 9-week travel assignment at a well-established healthcare facility in Gallup New Mexico.
Assignment Details
Location: Gallup NM
Duration: 9 weeks (with possible extension)
Shift: 12-hour days (7:00 AM 7:30 PM)
Hours: 36 hours/week guaranteed
On-call: None
Local candidates: Accepted
This role is suited for LPNs comfortable working in a long-term care (LTC) setting and providing consistent patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician
Monitor patient health vital signs and report changes promptly
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist with daily living activities including hygiene and mobility support
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care
Requirements
Minimum 1 years of LPN experience in LTC
Active LPN License
AHA BLS certification
Ability to work independently in high-volume settings
