We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused professional to join our highly qualified team and support the daily operations of our PartnerNET sales and partner ecosystem. You will work closely with internal sales teams and external partners to ensure smooth workflows accurate data management and consistent follow-up on commercial activities.
As a Sales Operations Specialist you can leverage your technology knowledge and acquire on-the-job skills managing clients brand awareness and ability to conduct effective sales for prominent ICT solutions supporting the growth and success of our team. Sales & Partner Support
- Act as a primary point of contact for existing partners and resellers via phone and email
- Support the sales team with preparing specific offers
- Follow up on open actions related to partner engagement
Partner Enablement & Onboarding
- Assist with partner training on companys tools and internal processes
- Ensure partners have access to the correct documentation and resources
Sales Operations & Administration
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
Nice to Have
- Experience or strong interest in Sales Operations Technology ICT or B2B environments
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce Zoho)
- Basic understanding of partner or reseller sales models
- Bachelors degree in Business/Management/Computer Science or a related field
