Overview
Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Graphic Specialist & Event Coordinator. The Graphic Specialist & Event Coordinator is responsible for the development and execution of visual communication materials and the coordination of company events that support organizational branding marketing initiative and strategic objectives. This position ensures brand consistency across all platforms while managing event logistics from concept through post-event evaluation.
Responsibilities
Graphic Specialist (75%)
Assist with successfully implementing internal and external marketing communications and engagement activities
Support external communications content creation for social media press releases websites newsletter and print materials
Support multiple design projects while meeting deadlines
Coordinate with external printers and vendors for production
Collaborate with leadership teams to conceptualize creative campaigns
Maintain organized digital asset libraries and version control systems
Event Coordinator (25%)
Assist with planning coordinating and executing company events such as conferences employee appreciation events and internal meetings
Assist with developing event timelines and logistics plans
Liaise with vendors venues caterers and suppliers
Manage event registrations promotional materials and on-site coordination
Assist in ensuring events align with brand standards and marketing objectives
Qualifications
MinimumExperience:
Citizenship:Must be a US citizen
Education: Bachelors degree in graphic design marketing communications or related field
Years of Experience: 2-4 years of experience in graphic design and/or event coordination
Additional Experience:
Proficiency in design software such as Canva Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with event management and social media platforms is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional Experience:
Photography and video editing software experience
Knowledge of print production processes

Pay Range
