Job Summary
Location: Paducah KY
Department: Maintenance Division
Status: Full-Time Non-Exempt 40 Hours per Week (Not to Exceed 9 Months Seasonal Term)
Reports To: MOD Coordinator & Residential Restoration Specialist/Trainer
Position Overview
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with cleaning and preparing units for restoration (sweeping mopping debris removal).
- Support technicians in repairing fixtures appliances and surfaces.
- Safely handle and organize tools materials and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicles and storage areas.
- Wear personal protective equipment and follow safety protocols.
- Perform basic tasks such as changing light bulbs hanging blinds and replacing hardware.
- Transport materials and supplies to job sites as needed.
- Document work performed and communicated unit status to supervisors.
- Participate in training and development activities.
- Contribute to team efforts and perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

- Mechanical electrical chemical and environmental hazards
- Use of required safety gear and protective equipment
Employment Terms
- Seasonal appointment not to exceed nine (9) months
- May require alternate schedules or emergency response
- Work performed under general supervision

Required Skills:
Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of one (1) year of experience in building maintenance construction or a related trade. Valid drivers license. Ability to operate tablets smartphones and mobile applications. Ability to learn and follow NSPIRE and HQS protocols. Subject to pre-employment drug screening and criminal background investigation. Physical Requirements Ability to work indoors and outdoors Ability to bend stoop climb and work in confined spaces Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more Exposure to construction-related environmental conditions Work Environment Indoor and outdoor settings with exposure to mechanical physical chemical and biological hazards Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Deadlines time pressures and coordination across multiple properties Priority will be given to residents of Paducah County.
