This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of client contract matters across multiple service lines and jurisdictions working closely with commercial stakeholders to ensure agreements are practical well-structured and aligned to business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

What were looking for:

LLB degree Admitted Attorney
510 years commercial legal experience
Exposure to a corporate/in-house environment (essential)
Experience drafting reviewing and negotiating MSAs and service agreements
Cross-border or multi-jurisdiction contract exposure (essential)
A practical solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial instinct able to structure solutions not just identify risk
