Job Summary
Key Mission Areas
The Data Scientist will contribute to projects such as:
- Security analytics to enhance safety across people and infrastructure
- Punctuality optimization using predictive and realtime modeling
- Energy consumption analysis in support of sustainability goals
- Generative AI applications that improve efficiency and innovation
- Development of strategic models to guide long-term operational planning
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced data science solutions using machine learning deep learning and Generative AI.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams such as operations IT and sustainability.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable analytical solutions.
- Apply best practices for model development validation deployment and monitoring.
- Encourage adoption of cuttingedge analytical technologies and methodologies within the team.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
- 5 years of professional experience in data science with proven results in industrial contexts.
- Demonstrated experience using cloud platforms to support industrialized analytics solutions.
- Fluency in English.
Evaluation Criteria
Candidates will be assessed on:
- Mastery of relevant programming languages (e.g. Python R SQL).
- Knowledge of key data science techniques across ML DL and GenAI.
- Experience deploying ML/AI models into production environments.
- Capacity to transform complex business challenges into actionable data-driven analytical solutions.
- Communication and presentation skills suitable for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
