Job Summary
Under general direction manages coordinates and oversees activities related to the design development and maintenance support for specialized equipment software or databases. Exercises direct supervision over assigned staff.

7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday
Essential Job Functions
- Directs manages and oversees end user support with complex specialized equipment and software.
- Manages the support maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment departmental databases and technical programs.
- Works with leadership to design create and implement departmental databases.
- Identifies departmental technical needs and requirements and implements necessary changes and improvements.
- Works with department leadership to develop and implement requirements and objectives in building project objectives and program plans.
- Travels to different locations to inspect evaluate maintain and troubleshoot equipment and technical programs.
- Prepares reviews and presents written reports summaries and presentations on program.
- Interviews selects supervises develops evaluates counsels and if necessary disciplines personnel according to established COSA policies procedures and guidelines.
- Performs related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
- Four (4) years of experience in database management system support or a relevant technical field
- One (1) year of supervisory or lead experience
