| TPM Location :- USA TX Plano (day 1 onsite) | Mandatory Skills: - Proven experience in program management within a technology focused environment.
- Strong budgeting and resource management skills.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements from a domain perspective.
- Ability to effectively represent the domain to senior leadership.
- Hands on experience with AWS Analytics.
- Scrum Master certification or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with Snowflake data warehousing solutions.
- Experience in the Customer Experience (CX) domain.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies beyond Scrum.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team environment.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 5 years of relevant experience in program management preferably in a technology or data focused role.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management.
