We are looking for a Sales Manager with excellent communication and leadership abilities to lead sales function develop sales programs and set and meet the KPIs.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate group MICE and leisure segments.
- Conduct sales calls site inspections and client presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in line with hotel revenue strategy.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Revenue & Market Strategy
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and demand patterns.
- Collaborate with revenue management to align pricing and promotional strategies.
- Participate in forecasting budgeting and sales planning processes.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis.
Client & Event Coordination
- Work closely with operations front office and F&B teams to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events.
- Attend trade shows networking events and industry functions to build brand awareness.
- Address client concerns professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Team Collaboration
- Support and guide sales coordinators or junior sales staff if applicable.
- Contribute to a positive goal-oriented team culture.
- Share market insights and best practices with the wider team.
Qualifications & Experience - Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business Marketing or related field preferred.
- 46 years of hotel sales experience ideally including pre-opening exposure.
- Strong network within the local corporate and travel market. Demonstrated success in securing new accounts and building business from scratch.
- Familiarity with hotel CRM and PMS systems.
