We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator UAP Networks to support the deployment of marketing initiatives and customer programs across UAP NAPA banners.
Your Rôle
- Coordinate communications and alignment between national and regional teams as well as partners to ensure the successful rollout of initiatives.
- Support the execution of national promotions and marketing campaigns while ensuring compliance with brand standards.
- Organize and coordinate meetings conferences and events related to programs and banners.
- Oversee the administrative management of programs including registrations renewals databases and official documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure accuracy of information and quality of deliverables.
- Prepare reports track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support budget monitoring and internal processes to assist decision-making.
Qualifications :
Profile
- College diploma in marketing administration or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing project/program coordination or administration.
- Excellent proficiency in both French and English written and this role you will be required to collaborate regularly with internal clients across Canada.
