Job Summary

Work in conjunction with current Process Improvement Coordinators
Complete weekly and monthly reports
Complete weekly and monthly graphs
Address requests for assistance from terminals interline carriers as well as internal and external customers
Monitor daily activities for K&N/ Baxter and Epiroc
Review Fresenius
Create service grids
Review UAD late queue

Qualifications :

Possess good organizational communication (both verbal and written) and logic skills
Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Good customer service skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent knowledge of LTL400
Excellent keyboarding skills
Post secondary education is an asset
