Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to support our sales team in a presales capacity with a focus on Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role involves coordinating and leading meetings with sales representatives internal departments and customers to ensure alignment and clarity on SLA-related offerings. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who excels at multitasking cross-functional collaboration and thrives in a dynamic customer-centric environment.

Responsibilities
  • Providing Administrative Sales Support for SLAs and Extended Warranty
  • Source and prepare customer equipment summaries
  • Process SLA costing calculator
  • Schedule/lead calls to review new SLA proposal requests
  • Prepare Quotes for SLA proposals
  • Assemble SLA proposals
  • Maintain SLA Tracker
  • Follow-up on SLA renewals and Quote as needed
  • Sort and process inquiries to SLA Admin Inbox
  • Lead check in calls with SLA Client Support Managers to check on SLA deliverables and changes track any on-site support and/or training days if applicable
  • Quote Extended Hardware Warranty as requested by Sales
  • Review Extended Hardware Warranty on new systems quotes (as requested)
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • College Education in related field (Business Administration) or related experience
  • Superior organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills time management skills and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook
