National Head of Home Loan Specialists (HLS)
Job Summary
- Set and execute the HLS channel strategy and plan aligned to Group Distribution and National Sales objectives.
- Drive HLS broker headcount growth and productivity partnering closely with Talent Acquisition and state leadership.
- Lead coach and develop the HLS leadership team to lift performance capability and accountability.
- Use data dashboards and coaching to improve conversion efficiency and Find Buy Own penetration across the HLS funnel.
- Build a strong values led culture focused on performance engagement inclusion risk and customer outcomes.
Key Performance Indicators
Success in this role will be measured against:
- HLS Settlements - delivery to North Star targets (volume and value).
- Broker Headcount - actual versus plan including sustainable ramp and productivity.
- Sales Conversion - from Appointment to Lodgement and from Lodgement to Settlement.
- Find Buy Own Penetration - uptake of Aussie Homes Aussie Conveyancing and other integrated services.
- Customer NPS - customer advocacy and experience across the HLS channel.
- Engagement and Culture - leadership rhythms participation in key events and channels engagement outcomes and retention across HLS.
Qualifications :
- 7 years senior sales leadership experience in lending mortgage broking or a comparable advice led environment.
- Proven track record leading leaders and large distributed sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence with data dashboards and AI enabled tools.
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance uplift and change adoption at channel level.
