As a key member of our North American sales and Go-To-Market team youll lead integrated commercial motions across B2B technology companies and Logistics Supply Chain Manufacturing Retail Manufacturing AV EV and Freight Forwarding audiences helping Bosch shape the future of mobility and logistics. This role requires a technically savvy relationship-driven sales professional who can align Boschs solutions with clients product roadmaps business transformation goals and digital strategies.
Your role includes:
- Prospect and develop relationships with B2B technology companies in Logistics Supply Chain Manufacturing Retail Manufacturing AV EV and Freight Forwarding and more.
- Lead consultative sales efforts for Bosch cloud-based mobility services connected vehicle data solutions and integration platforms.
- Collaborate with internal technical product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into customized proposals and solutions that drive win-win value exchanges.
- Conduct high-impact presentations and demos articulating value propositions tied to connected mobility use cases (e.g. fleet data analytics predictive maintenance software-defined vehicles supply chain shipping freight forwarding).
- Develop account strategies and growth plans targeting revenue expansion and strategic alignment with Boschs Logistics & Mobility ecosystem.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms leveraging Boschs global standards for digital platform partnerships.
- Track industry trends and competitor offerings to refine use-cases with customer empathy at the fore front create value messaging and identify new client opportunities.
- Partner with marketing demand generation teams product and solution engineering teams to support go-to-market activities and trade events
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management within B2B Technology SaaS PaaS or Services.
- Demonstrated success selling complex technical solutions and overachieving quotas
- Strong understanding of EDI Data Streaming Data Integrations IoT Telematics TMS WMS YMS and other solutions in the Logistics Mobility Supply Chain and Freight Forwarding spaces
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional global and matrixed organizations.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings and industry events.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience with EDI Data Streaming (Apache Kafka) Hyperscaler Infrastructure and Partner Programs (e.g. AWS GCP Azure OCI SAP) AI AV EV IoT / telematics hardware to data APIs and Familiarity with subscription-based professional/managed services or cloud platform and partner revenue share commercial models.
- Masters degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or related field is welcomed.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is between $85000- 100000; with Sales Incentive. Within the range individual pay is determined based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and job knowledge complexity of the role job location etc. This range does not include annual bonus percentage nor any other monetary considerations for the total compensation package.
