Job Summary
The purpose of this job is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Credit Coordinator team ensuring that all deals and credit reviews are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Supervise and provide daily oversight of the Credit Coordinator team; select coach train and develop direct reports to include appraising job performance and conducting performance reviews
- Ensure customer deals and credit reviews are accurately and efficiently built and approved
- Review and ensure completion of the daily billing process
- Collaborate with sales IT wholesale freight-only and finance team members to coordinate efforts streamline processes and improve Guest experience
- Support relationships with the Sales team to prioritize deals and credit reviews
- Review and approve Credit for accounts with large amounts of exposure/requesting extended terms
Qualifications :
Knowledge and Experience:
Education Required: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Experience Required: At least 5 Years Experience
Specialized Knowledge:
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Knowledge of principles and techniques used in conducting financial analyses
Knowledge of financial and accounting principles practices and procedures
Strong systems orientation with the ability to rapidly develop deep knowledge and understanding of key credit department systems
