SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION
Schedule: 7:00a.m.- 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday overtime and call-outs as needed including weekends.
Job Summary: Oversee all operations and employees in Co-Products Division which includes frequent inspections of equipment and facilities to insure that process maintenance and housekeeping guidelines and the documentation of same are current and within customer and/or corporate specifications. Supervisor will also assist in the hire and training of staff to ensure safe and efficient operations. Supervisor should be capable and willing to operate all co-products equipment when adequate staffing is not otherwise available.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be possess basic math skills.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience in an industrial setting.
- Must be mechanically inclined.
- Must possess good communications skills.
- Must possess good computer skills.
- Must be willing to climb up to 100 feet.
- Must be willing to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Must be willing to bend stoop push pull twist and turn throughout the day.
- Must be willing to work in hot and cold temperatures for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to wear the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Must be willing and able to follow safety and food safety rules.
- Other duties as requested by Supervisor.
