Job Summary
Assistant General Managers are responsible for cost controls inventory control cash control and customer relations while they are working a shift.

Prior leadership experience preferred
Assist with basic operations procedures
Experience in employee development
Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred
- High School equivalent education level
- Proven ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
- Proven ability to problem solve and resolve customer concerns and/or complaints
- Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to set goals and set up plans to achieve them
- Proven ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
- Experience managing a P&L food cost and labor (ability to add subtract multiply and divide accurately and quickly)
- Excellent verbal written and communication skills
