Key Responsibilities
Provide direct physical therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility strength and independence
Document patient progress and treatment interventions accurately
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Support patients in skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings
Maintain a positive engaging and supportive therapy environment
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
Passion for rehabilitation and helping patients regain independence
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced skilled nursing facility environment
Willingness to work flexible rotating schedules (Sunday Thursday or Tuesday Saturday)
