Your contribution to something big:
- Support global PMO activities by coordinating meetings events and collaboration across international project teams;
- Maintain and continuously improve documentation and knowledgemanagement systems (SharePoint Confluence MS Teams);
- Create communication and enablement materials such as presentations meeting minutes quick guides FAQs and community posts;
- Produce training and marketing videos using tools like Synthesia and HeyGen and coordinate related communication actions;
- Engage with stakeholders to support change management communications and overall project enablement activities;
- Contribute to adhoc tasks within the PMO and communication environment.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Degree in Marketing Communications Social Sciences Business Administration or a comparable field.
- Experience: Experience working in project management environments communication functions or digital content creation roles is an advantage.
- Knowhow:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Outlook Excel OneNote etc.);
- Confidence working with digital collaboration platforms such as SharePoint Confluence and MS Teams;
- Strong communication content creation and marketing skills both written and visual.
- Languages: Very good verbal and written English skills (German is a plus).
- Working Style & Methods:
- Proactive and structured with strong organizational and timemanagement abilities;
- Able to prioritize tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment;
- Customeroriented mindset and comfortable working in a global diverse team setup.
- Personality:
- Teamplayer who enjoys working with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams both onsite and virtual;
- Flexible and resilient with a willingness to adapt to evolving project needs.
