The school is seeking an organised proactive and professional School Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the school office.
This role will involve working closely with senior leaders teachers parents and students to ensure administrative systems operate efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of organisation and communication across the school.
Provide administrative support to the school leadership team and teaching staff
Manage incoming phone calls emails and general enquiries
Maintain accurate student records and documentation
Support attendance monitoring and communication with parents
Assist with admissions processes and student enrolment
Prepare letters reports and school communications
Coordinate school events meetings and appointments
Maintain filing systems and administrative records
Support the reception team during busy periods
Ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding procedures
Previous experience in administration or office support
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office systems
Professional and reliable approach to work
