The Role
The successful candidate will teach Design & Technology across KS3 & KS4 with the opportunity to contribute to KS5 depending on specialism such as Product Design Resistant Materials or Engineering.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering engaging practical DT lessons
Supporting students in developing creativity technical skill and problem-solving ability
Preparing students effectively for GCSE examinations
Contributing to curriculum development within the department
Promoting enrichment opportunities such as STEM projects competitions and design exhibitions

The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
Strong subject knowledge in Design & Technology
Experience teaching to KS4 (KS5 desirable)
