Today our team of 50 consultants across Oslo and Stockholm delivers data-driven recruitment and HR-as-a-Service solutions to clients across the Nordics. We are now looking to hire a Recruitment Specialist to join our Oslo team. This is a hands-on client-facing role for someone who thrives in a high-paced environment enjoys commercial responsibility and wants to actively shape the future of the recruitment industry.


The role
As a Recruitment Specialist at Amby you are an expert in the field and act as a strategic lead. Your role is to lead advise and ensure quality across multiple projects. You are the go-to person for recruitment expertise sourcing strategies and assessment.

The role combines managing your own recruitment portfolio while simultaneously guiding Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Consultants on projects. This involves aligning stakeholder expectations and driving the hiring team toward making the best possible decisions.

You will

  • Project manage fellow Ambyans by providing guidance on project management and recruitment expertise while ensuring all team output meets The Amby Way quality standards.

  • Lead the design of recruitment processes selection methods and marketing strategies while managing stakeholder alignment and driving change within the clients organization.

  • Create and execute project plans proactively identifying and solving bottlenecks to ensure consistent delivery within set timelines.

  • Set KPIs and hiring targets for the project team and take full responsibility for tracking and reporting performance internally and to the client.

  • Independently manage a portfolio of parallel recruitment processes from AZ ensuring high-quality execution even without junior support.

  • Gain commercial experience by participating in sales meetings and scoping processes for new and existing clients.

  • Have the seniority and confidence to be the primary point of contact for all recruitment-related questions within your team.

  • Are ready to take the next step into sales scoping and resource allocation.
