Solution Specialist HRISDocusign
Job Summary
As a Solution Specialist you will support and maintain TOMRAs Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and DocuSign. You will be part of the Global Application Team within Group IT providing professional and timely support to HR end users across a global organization. You will work closely with colleagues in the Global Application team as well as with other IT teams.
The role combines system administration with handson operational support contributing to stable systems high data quality and a positive user experience. You will help ensure that our HR systems meet business needs while complying with security privacy and regulatory requirements.
The role will be reporting to Group Application Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Administration and ongoing maintenance of HRIS and DocuSign including users roles permissions templates and workflows
- Daytoday system support via the TOMRA helpdesk resolving incidents and handling change requests
- Ensuring compliance data security data integrity and privacy in line with requirements from IT and People & Organization (P&O)
- Maintaining documentation templates user guides audit trails and retention settings
- Acting as a subject matter expert for HRIS and DocuSign providing training guidance and onboarding support
In addition you will support troubleshooting and escalations by collecting the necessary information and collaborating with L3 support when required. You will produce operational and compliancerelated reports from HRIS and work closely with the Group Application Manager on reporting related to adoption compliance performance capacity and license usage.
Qualifications :
What do you bring:
- A bachelors degree in IT or other relevant field
- 23 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with application management and system integrations
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- The right to work in Norway
In addition the following will be important:
- Understanding of ITIL particularly incident and change management
- Experience working with compliance security or audit requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in software quality assurance or testing is considered an advantage.
