Were looking for an intern who is curious and passionate about social media and Customer Insights to join our Community Engagement team for a 10-month full-time internship based in Polestar headquarters Gothenburg Sweden.
The opportunity
Were currently looking for a Community Engagement coordinator who can support the Community Engagement Team with Data insights reporting engagement growth and coordinating various improvement tasks. Someone with a passion for electric mobility an interest in technology and a desire to create the change we know is needed.
You will belong to the Customer Experience department which is located at our HQ in Gothenburg Sweden. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time and support to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it of course.
In this role youll be expected to find engagement opportunities online and gather data from the online sphere. See below for a more thorough breakdown of the various tasks:
Data Collection and Acquisition: Gathering data from various sources.
Identify trends and patterns: Use Social media to analyze trends and customer feedback from social media.
Data Visualization: Creating visual representations of data such as charts graphs and dashboards to make findings accessible and understandable.
Community Engagement: Support the overall customer experience at polestar through online engagement.
Coordinate initiatives: Work to improve efficiencies within Community Operations.
In order to succeed in this role and at Polestar in general there are a few characteristics youll need to have. Tenacity. Flexibility. Curiosity. The ability to take the initiative to meet deadlines and requirements and to abandon ideas when theyre not characteristics we are looking for is someone who is positive and collaborative with the ability to adapt in an ever-evolving organization.
In addition youll need the following qualifications:
Knowledge in social media platforms and online communication
Experience in data insights and reporting
Analytical and consequential mindset
Experience with social listening tools and methodologies
Familiarity with the Sprinklr platform (or similar social management systems) is an advantage
