About the Role

We are currently seeking a Calibration Coordinator to join our team at a leading customer site within the GoCo Health Innovation this key role your focus will primary be manage all operational tasks within the calibration scope ensuring alignment with customer requirements regulatory standards quality and strategic sourcing goals.

This position requires a seasoned professional with proven experience working with calibration and balances. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with customers vendors and colleagues with a strong understanding of technical and compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Customer-Focused Activities

Propose and design in sustainable service and workflows across the lab footprint.

Manage waste to have minimal negative environmental impact.

Manage all operational tasks within the Campus Service scope with focus on the calibration scope.

Coordinate and liaise with 3rd party stakeholders.

Be trusted advisor for customers.

Follow all health security and environment demands that are defined in the work instructions and communicated in various educations.

Be involved in designing work instructions and SOPs both for Avantor and customers.

Participate in or lead dialogue and meetings with customers.

Customer centric and proactive in terms of pro-actively suggestion improvements.

Company-Focused Activities

Ensure alignment with Avantors vision strategy and policies.

Operate in compliance with local and international procurement regulations.

Contribute to the achievement of individual performance goals.

Continuously improve procedures tools and sourcing capabilities.

Your Profile

Min 2 years experience from work connected to calibration balances ISO8655 and quality.

Min 2 years experience from service roles (preferably from facility management or scientific services.

Minimum completed Swedish gymnasium diploma.

Experience with digital calibration software preferably related to pipette calibration.

Proficient in Swedish (written / spoken).

Proficient level of English (written / spoken).

Technical & Interpersonal Skills

Ability to perform individually as well as in teams.

Strong collaboration mindset with a play to win attitude.

Ability to lead effectively in a coordinating role among colleagues.

Service minded and able to communicate with people at all organisational levels.

Good prioritization skills with the ability to maintain several tasks at once.

Ability to quickly shift focus and tasks.

Flexible for emerging tasks and a solution-oriented mind set.

Will and ability to work physically (occasional lifting/pushing/pulling occurs and a lot of walking and standing is involved).

Used to and comfortable with computer-based work.

Long term commitment to continues improvements.

Liaises with safety being a priority all people.

Previous work in lab environment with demonstrated understanding of lab work.

Speaking and writing both Swedish and English without any hindrance.

Open-minded and eager to acquire new skills.
