David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Senior Gaming Equipment Administrator for their Gaming studios in Bogota Colombia.

About the role.
Responsible for maintaining accurate records and inventory of all gaming equipment ensuring quantity and quality control and managing storage organization. The role supports daily operational efficiency by coordinating maintenance activities supervising team workflows coaching employees and developing KPIs aligned with business needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain accurate inventory records of gaming equipment including cards dice roulette wheels card shoes and transportation materials
Monitor equipment condition and ensure gaming tables are properly equipped through direct checks or coordination with operational teams
Plan and coordinate replacement of obsolete or damaged equipment while maintaining detailed documentation
Manage ordering processes for gaming equipment and support administrative tasks as required by management
Organize daily workflows supervise team members and support operational maintenance activities
Coach train and motivate employees while monitoring performance and supporting development initiatives
Analyse operational data and prepare reports including KPIs related to equipment performance and maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as English fluency (at least B2)
Minimum 1 year of experience within gaming operations logistics or warehouse environments
Strong computer literacy and confidence using multiple software systems
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support performance improvements
Flexibility to work onsite in rotating shifts including 8-hour shifts and weekends according to business needs.
