Responsibilities / Tasks
Responsible for delivering consistently high-quality process execution while supporting the Talent Acquisition teams in North and Latin America in the following areas:
Manage all administrative aspects of the recruitment process and support our local Recruiters in ensuring a qualitative selection and hire process completion
Utilize HR core systems to manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings briefing call scheduling applicant pre-selection interview scheduling and offer management.
Ensure process compliance and efficiency incl. process execution according to guidelines and internal procedures
Conduct potential reference checks background verifications and other necessary pre-employment screenings according to local legislations
Compilation of data and creation of operational reports and dashboards
Supporting the core recruitment process through tracking of set KPIs SLAs and ensure accurate tracking within our Workday system or other systems
Collaborate with the local Recruitment and HR team to facilitate the recruitment offer and hire processes ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
Ensure HR data correctness for seamless output processes
Identify operational improvement potential process inefficiencies and propose subsequent solutions engaging with appropriate stakeholders
Able to manage ad hoc queries and process updates in a timely fashion
As part of the GEAs growth strategy our Talent Acquisition team will play a critical role in ensuring that the organization meets its full potential. As a Talent Acquisition Administrator you will be supporting for the North American and Latin American Talent Acquisition teams as we develop our Talent Acquisitions practices and process so that we can fulfill our purpose of Engineering for a Better World. We are building out our team in Bogota and youll have the chance to join a new team of dedicated professionals as we look to solidify our processes systems and reporting to create a best-in-class function.

Your Profile / Qualifications
What education knowledge and experience do you need
1 years of relevant working experience in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition related support or administrative role
Post-secondary education within Human Resources Business Administration or other related or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high attention to detail while working through times of a high volume of work
Experience with Enterprise level Human Resource Systems (HRIS) or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like - Workday or SAP is a plus!
Poses a solution-oriented mindset and ability to execute on improvement ideas towards a better function
Possesses a service and customer-oriented mindset
Written and verbal fluency in both English and Spanish additionally French is highly desired.
Contributes as a member of smaller team projects on solutions in close cooperation with team lead or stakeholders
Ensures that HR Operations standards and guidelines are followed
Establishes improvements to ensure quality for their own work e.g. 4-eye-principle
