Seeking a hands-on Test Lab Supervisor/Manager with strong ATE testing and semiconductor lab experience to lead daily lab operations and team activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage test lab operations and team
Operate and support ATE systems
Work with wafer probers and handlers
Troubleshoot test equipment and process issues
Ensure smooth workflow and timely test execution

Requirements:

Semiconductor test lab experience
Hands-on ATE testing knowledge
Experience with wafer probers/handlers
Prior lead or supervisory experience
