Job Summary
We are currently hiring experienced UkrainianEnglish Medical Interpreters to join our remote this role you will provide accurate and real-time interpretation between healthcare providers and patients ensuring clear and effective communication always.
As a Medical Interpreter you will handle a variety of cases through OPI (Over-the-Phone Interpretation) and VRI (Video Remote Interpretation). Your responsibility is to convey meaning accurately tone and intent without adding omitting or altering any information.
You will play a key role in supporting patient care by ensuring that language barriers do not affect understanding diagnosis or treatment. Maintaining confidentiality professionalism and cultural sensitivity is essential in all interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English (C1 level or higher)
- Minimum 1 year of medical interpretation experience
- Experience in OPI and/or VRI is preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent listening comprehension and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards (HIPAA compliance)
- Quiet distraction-free working environment
