We have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients for the role of ServiceMax / Salesforce Developer
Key Skills Required:

Strong experience in ServiceMax development maintenance and enhancements
-
Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development (Apex Visualforce Lightning)
-
Experience with ServiceMax data model and objects such as Installed Products Work Orders etc.
-
Good understanding of Salesforce configurations object model roles profiles and permission sets
-
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Case Management and Entitlements
-
Knowledge of Salesforce reporting and data management tools (Data Loader Jitterbit)
-
Experience with release management tools such as Change Sets ServiceMax Migration Tool and Workbench
-
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
-
Experience working in Agile development environments
Additional Preferred Skills:

Experience integrating ServiceMax with other enterprise applications

Knowledge of Field Service Lightning (FSL) or Asset360
-
Experience with integration tools

Exposure to QA automation tools such as Selenium or
