Now were looking for a Senior Project Managers to join our Immersive Experiences team playing a pivotal role in how we realise and deliver these unique global experiences and having the chance to work on globally leading projects that just dont exist at other companies in New Zealand.
Our Senior Project Manager will:
- Take the project reins across design and production phases ensuring our projects stay on schedule within budget and aligned with both our creative vision and client expectations.
- Oversee risk management ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of potential issues.
- Provide reporting and updates to stakeholders regarding project progress risks and deliverables.
- Coordinate between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of interior fitout and digital content components.
- Ensure quality assurance processes and health and safety protocols are followed.

Youll thrive here if you have:
- Proven expertise managing design-driven technically complex projects on the global stage ideally in creative industries like immersive experiences themed entertainment museum installations theatre/large-scale live shows etc
- A strong grasp of cost modelling budget control project programming and stakeholder reporting in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing and directing complex physical installations/construction projects
- Great communication skills and an ability to influence stakeholders
- A proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary diverse global teams
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in immersive storytelling (eg AR VR AI-based content)
Previous experience in immersive experience public installations museum installations or themed entertainment projects would also be an advantage as would experience working with internal fit-out projects.

Were based in Wellington New Zealand - but our projects can take us to Asia the Middle East and Europe. Were open to flexible options but do want this role to be based in our office at least 4 days a week (although there is flexibility around working location when international timezones are at play for client/vendor meetings)
