Sales teams perform at their best when they have clear compelling messaging strong product understanding and the right tools at their fingertips. This role ensures our sales organisation is fully enabled to communicate value engage buyers confidently and accelerate revenue. By supporting enablement programmes content and communications youll play a key part in helping Experian deliver consistent impactful gotomarket execution.
This role is reporting into our Head of Sales Enablement.
Work that matters What youll be doing
- Developing and managing internal communications for Propositions and Sales Enablement ensuring messaging aligns to buyer needs and product value.
- Supporting the design development and delivery of GTM training programmes for sales teams.
- Reporting on engagement metrics and enablement effectiveness including insights from Seismic dashboards.
- Building strong relationships with GTM stakeholders to enhance communication flow and gather feedback.
- Managing organising and optimising enablement content within Seismic to improve usability and adoption.

- Experience developing internal communications and training content
- Understanding of buyer personas and valuebased messaging
- Strong analytical skills to report on engagement and training effectiveness
- Experience managing or supporting content within an enablement platform such as Seismic

- Hybrid - 40% office based working (either Nottingham or London)
- Great compensation package and discretionary bonus plan
