Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Brand Marketing and Website Teams to create engaging email campaigns aligned with brand strategies and marketing objectives.
• Develop and execute email campaigns tailored to various customer journeys ensuring relevance to each brand.
• Identify and implement new touchpoints in the customer journey to enhance engagement.
• Prioritize email marketing initiatives in line with business goals.
• Proofread and edit email content for clarity grammar and accuracy.
• Work with the website team to create trackable forms and measure campaign ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Manage and maintain the customer database for effective campaign execution.

Experience

• Strong writing skills with confidence using tools like ChatGPT to support content creation
• Excellent attention to detail
• A genuine passion for marketing and a desire to develop new skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop
• A creative mindset with a willingness to bring fresh ideas to the table
• Someone who enjoys collaborating in a busy friendly office environment
