Lawes are working with a leading name in the market who due to expansion have an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Account Handler to step into a Desk based Account Executive role.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to have full training capacity to progress into a Commercial Executive and maintain a portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities
As a Commercial Account Executive you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients ranging from sole traders to senior executives of large organizations.
Develop business opportunities through marketing initiatives community engagement networking and client meetings.
Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager to achieve team objectives and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Identify and explore new business opportunities with a tenacious and curious approach.
Provide consultative advice to clients understanding their requirements and offering tailored insurance solutions.
Actively listen to clients ask insightful questions and identify opportunities to deliver the best outcomes.
Continuously learn and develop your professional skills to progress your career within the organization.
Day-to-Day
Your typical day as a Commercial Account Executive will include:
Engaging with clients through meetings calls and networking events to understand their insurance needs.
Collaborating with the Branch Manager and team members to strategize and achieve business goals.
Identifying new business opportunities and developing tailored proposals for potential clients.
Staying updated on industry trends and market developments to provide informed advice to clients.
Managing client accounts ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong relationships.
Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
