Hybrid role based in Warsaw Poland
Your responsibilities will involve:
- Providing administrative support to Medical Affairs department
- Preparing intradepartmental announcements newsletters departmental surveys and presentations
- Maintaining departmental tracking and metrics tools
- Coordinating departmental onboarding and induction training of hired promoted or contracted Medical Affairs staff
- Developing reports for Medical Affairs management
- Maintaining Medical Affairs knowledge libraries
- Tracking training compliance of Medical Affairs staff and ensuring resolution of issues
Qualifications :
Qualifications and requirements:
- College or University degree
- 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative or clerical position
- Experience gained in the Clinical Research industry (CRO or Pharma) is a plus
- Full working proficiency in English
- Desire and ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Advanced proficiency in standard Microsoft Office (Excel Access PowerPoint Word) applications
