We are looking for an experienced and strategic Medical Team Lead to lead our Oncology Medical Affairs team and shape the medical strategy in alignment with the companys overall business objectives. Reporting to the Cluster Medical Head the Medical Team Lead supports creating the Medical Affairs Strategy. This is a leadership role with a strong impact on peoples development crossfunctional collaboration and delivery of highquality patientcentric medical activities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the Oncology medical strategy aligned with global and local priorities.
- Provide inspirational leadership coaching and development for the Oncology Medical Affairs team.
- Oversee medical projects processes and governance to ensure excellence compliance and efficiency.
- Act as a key medical partner for crossfunctional teams (Commercial Market Access Regulatory etc.).
- Drive highquality scientific exchange and external engagement.

Requirements:
- University Degree in Life Sciences (MD or PhD in health care/biomedical sciences is a strong asset).
- Experience working in innovative pharmaceutical companies and on innovative drugs preferably in oncology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs including a managerial role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute medical strategy; peoples management experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate scientific and medical information to both internal and a variety of external customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to successfully maintain professional and trusting relationships.
- Works effectively in highly dynamic and changing environments displays agility and an incessant scientific curiosity.
- Fluent English both written and spoken.
- Mobile willing to travel across the country as needed and with valid drivers license.
