University Internship Program (Engineering and Business)

Position Objective:
Provide advanced university students with the opportunity to apply academic knowledge and develop professional skills through participation in real projects operational support research and continuous improvement within leading companies in the medical technology healthcare manufacturing quality engineering and business sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

• Carry out relevant tasks and projects in the assigned area (engineering quality processes research administration finance supply chain IT laboratory etc.)
• Support continuous improvement initiatives process analysis and compliance with internal and external regulations (quality EHS good manufacturing/documentation practices).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in meetings trainings and development activities.
• Perform data analysis information management technical documentation and reporting (commonly includes advanced Excel Power BI SAP and other systems).
• Support laboratory testing sample/data collection and processing protocol preparation and technical documentation for experimental or regulatory areas.

Qualifications :

General Requirements:

• Active university student (with at least 50% of study plan completed) in one of the following areas:
  • Engineering (Industrial Mechanical Chemical Electromechanical Electronic Biomedical Materials IT Mechatronics Industrial Maintenance etc.)
  • Health Sciences and Pure Sciences (Chemistry Biology Biotechnology Occupational Health etc.)
  • Business Administration Finance International Trade Business Intelligence Accounting Graphic Design Supply Chain
• Maintain active student status and insurance policies as required by law and company policies.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B1-B2 depending on company/position). Portuguese is a plus for certain roles.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (advanced Excel commonly required).
• Ethical commitment teamwork skills initiative adaptability effective communication organizational ability and attention to detail.

• Duration: 6 months with possible extension.
