Job Summary
Director of Global Development SEA
Singapore - Competitive Base Salary
We are representing a well-capitalised global healthcare Venture Capital platform seeking a senior capital formation leader to drive SEA fundraising and institutional investor strategy.
This is not an associate-level IR role.
This is a mandate to leverage and expand deep LP relationships across the SEA market.
If you have raised capital from institutional investors and maintain active LP relationships this is built for you.
The Mandate
You will:
- Lead SEA-focused fundraising initiatives
- Activate and deepen relationships with institutional LPs (pension funds family offices endowments fund-of-funds)
- Negotiate term sheets and coordinate capital raises
- Manage placement agents and fundraising processes
- Represent the platform in high-stakes LP discussions
- Serve as a senior bridge between capital partners and venture leadership
- Develop a network of key stakeholders: government leaders regulators healthcare systems (public and private) investors and advisors.
This is a revenue-driving relationship-first role.
Who This Is For
- Experience in venture capital or private equity with a successful investment track record.
- Strong existing network with capital allocators healthcare systems and/or entrepreneurs.
- Proven ability to fundraise negotiate partnerships and represent organizations credibly with institutional stakeholders.
- Deep interest in healthcare investing
- Sales ability: Exceptional communicator who can inspire sophisticated investors and partners
- Self-starter: Operates independently and executes with minimal infrastructure.
- Technology Innovator: You have a track record of proactively leveraging AI and other emerging technology tools to create extraordinary productivity and impact within your role.
Founder experience (having raised venture capital yourself) is highly valued.
