Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator you will evaluate user-generated content including text images and videos to ensure compliance with company standards community guidelines and applicable regulations. Your analytical skills impartial judgment and cultural awareness will be vital in upholding platform integrity and user safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Evaluation: Assess user submissions to ensure they meet internal policies and regulatory standards
Objective Decision-Making: Deliver accurate and impartial moderation decisions in line with established guidelines
Community Protection: Support the creation of a secure inclusive and respectful digital space
Policy Compliance: Consistently apply procedures and adapt to updates or policy changes as needed

Requirements:

Language Skills: Proficiency in Romanian (C1/C2) and English (B2).
Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
Experience: 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
Skills: Strong critical thinking communication and decision-making abilities.
