Responsibilities: To plan and provide clear direction to Media Executives on social media posting strategy and review monthly content performance reports; review and approve all social media content before publishing to ensure quality and alignment with brand direction; ensure product information posters and printing materials are accurate and professionally designed; oversee outlet display visuals to maintain consistent brand image and ensure products visual reflect the companys positioning and long term direction; plan social media marketing strategies including activations engagement campaigns and brand positioning; coordinate KOL collaborations and third-party photography / videography services when required; work closely with Marketing Department for event content planning and monitor content performance and adjust strategy accordingly; oversee in-app product image updates and ensure visual consistency across platforms; and maintain organised media library and content archive.
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Multimedia Marketing Mass Communication Graphic Design or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience preferably in retail or FMCG. Salary RM3.5K and above depending on the qualification and experience.
- Experience leading a small creative/media team is an advantage.
- Strong portfolio in graphic design video editing and brand campaigns.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator Canva Capcut and familiar with Meta Business Suite TikTok Studio XHS.
