The Vet Office is currently recruiting for an experienced Head Veterinary Surgeon to join a modern purpose-built practice in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior vet who is passionate about clinical excellence and ready to lead inspire and develop a dedicated team.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞
The Head Vet will play a key role within the surgerys management team leading the continuous improvement of clinical standards and services. The successful candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with confident leadership skills driving high standards of evidence-based medicine while coaching and mentoring colleagues.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position and is motivated to deliver against a clear strategic vision ensuring outstanding patient care and a positive working culture.
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧:
4 days per week
1 in 4 weekends
No out-of-hours
On-call responsibility for any overnight inpatients
