Join nPlan to drive revenue across EMEA and APAC by onboarding high-profile clients like Chevron and Sizewell C. Reporting to the VP of Commercial you will have significant autonomy to shape customer acquisition strategies for a pioneering category of service leveraging AI to de-risk the worlds largest construction projects.

Location: Remote UK

What you will do:

  • Execute the Challenger Sale methodology to educate the market and win new business within a brand-new software category.

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle for large-scale enterprise accounts across the civil engineering and construction sectors.

  • Collaborate across the commercial team to refine customer success strategies and expand nPlans footprint within existing installed bases.

The ideal candidate:

  • 4 years of proven success selling SaaS into large complex enterprise environments with a track record of accurate forecasting.

  • High degree of grit and resourcefulness capable of navigating the non-linear path of a scaling startup and challenging the status quo.

  • Strong background or existing network within construction or project management with the ability to grasp technical AI concepts quickly.
