Job Description:
As the first marketing hire at the UKs leading clinical AI company you will build the entire marketing function from the ground up. Youll translate complex AI capabilities into compelling narratives for clinicians and NHS leaders directly impacting patient care by reducing administrative burden for thousands of healthcare professionals.

What you will do:

• Design and execute the complete messaging framework positioning TORTUS as the category leader for clinical AI in the UK healthcare market.

• Build a high-velocity content engine producing case studies LinkedIn content and sales collateral that converts NHS trusts and CIOs.

• Collaborate closely with the founders and clinical stakeholders to turn technical AI milestones into simplified high-impact stories for procurement leaders.

The ideal candidate:

• 58 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience specifically within healthtech or highly regulated public sector environments.

• Proven track record of operating as a full-stack marketer comfortable moving between high-level strategic frameworks and hands-on content execution.

• Data-literate builder mindset with experience in Series A/B environments who prefers creating from first principles rather than inheriting existing machines.
