Job Description:
As Head of Marketing at FITR you will transition a fast-scaling fitness platform into a global category leader. Reporting to the COO you will lead a team of four to drive growth across the UK and US. Youll own the full marketing funnel from performance acquisition to a high-impact global brand refresh.

Location: London UK

What you will do:

  • Manage and inspire an in-house team of four across performance social brand and design plus an external web agency.

  • Develop and execute a data-driven global marketing strategy focused on lead generation and conversion in the UK and US markets.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and UX teams to ensure brand consistency and impact across every customer touchpoint.

The ideal candidate:

  • 5-10 years of marketing experience with a proven track record in digital performance and scaling B2B SaaS or D2C brands.

  • Highly analytical and proficient with Google Ads Meta and Google Analytics to drive commercially-minded decision making.

  • Exceptional communicator capable of pitching strategic visions to the leadership team while maintaining a hands-on self-starter approach.
