We are seeking a reliable App Support Specialist to handle user inquiries through a ticketing system. The role focuses on resolving account access issues supporting media-related concerns and reviewing reported content while following established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming support tickets professionally and efficiently
  • Assess and categorize user concerns accurately
  • Provide clear written solutions using internal tools
  • Escalate cases that fall outside standard guidelines
  • Perform content review tasks for safety-related cases when assigned

Requirements

  • Strong written English skills
  • Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow structured processes
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts including weekends
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens if needed
  • Clean criminal background
  • Facebook account required for system provisioning (may be newly created)
