Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries via email phone and messaging platforms.

Research and coordinate travel arrangements including air hotel transportation cruises and packaged travel.

Process booking changes cancellations and special requests accurately.

Provide up-to-date information on travel documentation and destination requirements.

Maintain accurate client records and itineraries.

Follow up with clients to confirm travel details and ensure satisfaction.
