The Opportunity

We are supporting our client in appointing two Client Onboarding Assistants to join their expanding Edinburgh-based team. These roles are offered on a full-time permanent basis.

The roles will begin as fully office-based with hybrid working offered once individuals are fully trained and comfortable in the role.


Role Overview

Reporting to the Client Onboarding Advisor you will play a key part in the smooth and compliant onboarding of new clients as well as supporting the ongoing administration of documentation for existing client relationships.

This role involves direct communication with clients and close collaboration with colleagues across legal tax and risk & compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and verify Client Due Diligence (CDD) documentation from new and existing clients
  • Provide guidance to clients on suitable identification and verification documents
  • Ensure all data is captured accurately and stored in line with internal protocols and compliance requirements
  • Maintain onboarding trackers ensuring timely completion of all tasks
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery across workflows
  • Support the continuous improvement of onboarding processes and systems
