Job Summary

Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a driving force behind EYs globalization currently incorporating Procurement Talent Finance and Accounting IT Risk management Talent Creative Agency Learning Solutions and Program Execution Services it aims to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in order to provide sustainable value and is at the core of EYs most notable transformation projects.

Accountabilities

• Creates value to clients independently- brings excellent process improvement and automation experience
• Deploys best practice knowledge and techniques when undertaking work
• Performs rapid assessment of current landscape for clients and is able to provide insights around hypothesis and solutions
• Manage business stakeholders across different levels and build strong relationship
• Manage onshore facing projects independently / with minimal supervision
• As a team member assists in providing smooth delivery of internal project/program outcomes

Required experience:

• Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager/Supervising Associate level with an experience in automation and process improvement role
• Total experience between 5-8 years for Supervising Associate level
• Should have an experience of automation using macros SharePoint etc.
• Exposure to Business Intelligent tools like Tableau/ Power BI
• Experience of conducting training sessions on subject matter
• Exposure of driving process improvement projects following LEAN/ Six Sigma/ Project Management approach

Competencies/ skills

• Thorough in VB Macros and SharePoint automations
• Good exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau/ Power BI / Spotfire / Alteryx
• Knowledge of Lean Six sigma concepts of DMAIC
• Mentoring & experience in creating reviewing & closure of projects
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Presenting data sharing analysis and getting concurrence from stakeholders on actions (for assigned processes)
• Willingness & quick to learn new processes
• Work with process teams to achieve process goals.
• Be able to conceptualize and develop quality related training modules

Other skills

• Knowledge of Six sigma concepts of DMAIC (and all tools included therein)
• Self-starter who can work independently displays initiative and is a problem solver
• Usage of Minitab/Microsoft Powerpoint Excel and Word
• Automation exposure to AIML - R/Python will be added advantage
