About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on AI/Generative AI to help launch a new product immediately. This role requires hands-on experience building AI-driven applications and integrating modern LLM frameworks into production environments.
You will play a key role in architecting developing and deploying an AI-powered product using modern backend frontend and agent-based technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop full-stack applications with AI-native architecture
Build and deploy AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
Implement and manage LLM workflows and multi-agent systems
Integrate third-party APIs including Helikonnect APIs
Develop and manage BuildAI agents
Build scalable backend services using Python
Develop responsive frontend interfaces using React
Design and manage MongoDB database architecture
Collaborate cross-functionally to refine product requirements and ship quickly
Optimize AI workflows for performance reliability and cost efficiency
Required Qualifications
Strong full-stack development experience (backend and frontend)
Proven hands-on experience with AI/GenAI applications in production
Experience working with LangChain and LangGraph
Strong Python backend development skills
Experience building frontend applications using React
Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases
Experience integrating external APIs
Ability to work independently and ship quickly in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building AI agents and autonomous workflows
Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM optimization
Experience in early-stage startup environments
Strong system design and architecture skills
Experience deploying AI systems to cloud environments
